Does the coffee, black coffee or the tea have caffine in it? How much & How often do i have to take to take to get results? What would it do to High Blood Pressure problems?
Yes it has caffeine. However, it does not compare to regular coffee. You can drink as much as you like. I cannot make any recommendation on high blood pressure. I can only tell you to consult your doctor. If you want to do your own research then Google ganoderma high blood pressure.
