You know something just dawned upon me. I am a nocturnal person and find it hard to sleep. At night is my prime time. I usually go to bed at 3am on the average and get up at 7:30am. Go figure! But, I usually get sick when I get very little sleep.
However, I notice that since I have been drinking Organo Gold coffee I havent!!! It's crazy! I have not been sick in a long time since I been drinking it. My immune system HAS to be stronger.
